Fill out the withdrawal form (available on our Withdrawal Form page) and send it to us by email or mail before the 14-day period expires.
Return the product in original condition within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
The 333 Cowgirl Crown is sold in a luxury gift box. For a return to be accepted, the hat must be in its original, unworn condition and returned in the original luxury box, undamaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Since payment was in cash, refund will be in cash or via bank transfer.
